My Book Of The Month is ‘The 5 Side Effects of Kindness’ by Dr David Hamilton. 📖

It’s one of my favourite books, which I recommend to anyone (in fact I’ve bought over 20 copies over the last few years for friends and family).

Strictly speaking, it’s not a book about business or being an entrepreneur, but it echoes what Wallace D Wattles wrote about in chapter 14 of The Science of Getting Rich, where he explained how you will benefit financially if you leave everyone you meet with the ‘impression of increase,’ which is a very similar concept. 😃

This book provides additional reasons to be kind and leave everyone with an ‘impression of increase’.  Based on extensive scientific research, it illustrates why we should all make a conscious effort to be kind – if only for selfish reasons. 💖

Research has shown that by being kind we will be happier, have better health, slow down the ageing process, improve relationships and spread goodwill far and wide, due to the ripple effect of a single act of kindness.

If you’d like to understand more about why being kind makes sense for you and your business, then buy yourself a copy… and, preferably, one for someone else as well! 😘
