Every Day Is The Best Day

I always say that mindset is key, and if that’s one thing that helps make each day great, it’s getting it off to a great start. Whatever you do first thing in the morning sets the tone for the rest of the day, so starting it off positively is essential. ☀️

I know some days you wake up not feeling the best, especially if you’ve had one of those restless nights that we are all familiar with. But you can reset that negative mindset by establishing a positive morning routine and sticking to it as much as possible. It honestly does work! ☺️

Personally, I start off with a very early morning walk before the rest of the world wakes up, with some positive affirmations or an uplifting podcast to accompany me.  🎧

Then some time meditating, and a period of study, usually Thinking Into Results course study (it doesn’t matter how many times you go through the lessons, something new leaps out at you and smacks you in the face nearly every time!) 

Then it’s time for a morning coffee and a healthy protein-based breakfast and I’m set for the day. ☕️ 🥦

Well, I was, until I read a recent interview with Simon Anstell who recommended dancing as a way of generating positivity, so now the coffee making is accompanied by a bit of kitchen boogying!!! 🕺🏽 🕴🏽 🤣
